The facilities provided by Clemson University are the Lightsey Dorms.

These dorm facilities are set up as suites. With each dorm, internet, TV room, computer room, living room, and a small kitchen are provided.

There is a laundry room in the commons building. The rooms feature key card access.

Additionally, Clemson University will be providing the following for each room:

5 Washcloths
1 Blanket
1 Made bed
